Circus performers of the Association of Circus Proprietors pose outside Downing Street, as members deliver a letter to the Prime Minister calling for the right to reopen for their summer peak season.

It’s as the government promised a £1.57bn coronavirus lifeline for the arts, in grants and loans, as the return of many theatre productions, musicals and conerts of all sizes would not be possible in the foreseeable future.
